Apparel Forecasting & Demand PlanningForecast seasonal and monthly apparel demandSupport buying and replenishment planning through data insightsIdentify stock gaps, overstock & best-performing categoriesKPI: Forecast accuracy, stock-out %, overstock %2. Retail & Online Planogram ExecutionCreate seasonal retail and online planogramsSupport merchandising on Brand Website, Myntra, Tata CLiQ, Amazon etc.Ensure effective premium product placement across channelsKPI: Planogram compliance, sales per sq. ft.3. Visual Merchandising (VM) and Store ExecutionImplement & maintain premium VM standards in storesCoordinate VM rollouts for product launches and promotionsConduct periodic store auditsKPI: VM audit scores, store compliance %4. Retail Marketing and PromotionsPlan and execute in-store promotions and seasonal campaignsWork on POSM, signage, and visual marketing assetsTrack performance & ROI per campaignKPI: Sales uplift %, campaign ROI5. Inventory & Size Gap ManagementMonitor leftover / slow-moving inventoryIdentify and address size gaps for timely replenishmentCoordinate with warehouse and distribution teamsKPI: Size fill rate %, replenishment TAT8. Catalogue, Lookbook and Content SupportCoordinate development of seasonal catalogues and lookbooksEnsure timely sharing with sales & retail partners9. Vendor Management and Cross-Department CoordinationCoordinate with: VM agencies/vendors, Printing and creative vendors, Logistics and warehouse, Marketplace and e-comm partners, Sales and planning teamsTrack timelines, budgets & execution quality10.
