Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across major eCommerce and Q-Commerce platforms to drive sales growth, visibility, and ROI. This role partners closely with listing, content, design & brand teams to ensure performance-led marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and run Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, Brand Campaigns & Performance Ads across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Q-Commerce channels.
Optimize campaigns to improve ACoS, RoAS and deliver higher conversions & visibility.
Conduct keyword research, category analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Track daily/weekly performance through dashboards and share actionable insights.
Plan monthly ad budgets; allocate spends based on performance trends.
Collaborate with category, content, design & marketplace teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Stay updated on new ad formats, platform policy changes, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce advertising.
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads Manager, Myntra Ads & Q-Commerce Ads.
Expertise in campaign optimization, keyword strategies, bid adjustments & analytics.
Excellent analytical, reporting & problem-solving skills.
Strong communication & cross-team coordination abilities.
Good to Have
Experience managing D2C brand budgets.
Exposure to category growth strategies.
Proven track record of improving RoAS/ACoS.
