We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across online marketplaces and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through paid campaigns, improving ROI, and maintaining profitable Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage sponsored ad campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.)
Optimize campaigns for ROI, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and marketplace trend analysis
Regularly track and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize performance
Identify and implement negative keywords to reduce wasted spend
Create A/B tests for ad creatives, product pages, and campaign strategies
Collaborate with design/content teams for high-performing ad creatives
Generate weekly and monthly ad performance reports with actionable insights
Suggest pricing, offers, and promotional strategies to boost visibility
Stay updated with e-commerce marketplace ad policies and industry best practices
