Emart Exim Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven

E-Commerce Ads Specialist

to manage and scale paid campaigns across major online marketplaces such as

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra

, and

JioMart

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace advertising tools, campaign management, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and JioMart Monitor daily ad performance, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS), and take corrective actions Conduct keyword research and implement bid strategies Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective ad creatives and A+ content Stay updated with e-commerce trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes Analyze competitor campaigns, keywords, and pricing strategies Assist in seasonal sale preparations (e.g., Prime Day, Big Billion Day, etc.)

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience managing ads on e-commerce platforms Proficient in using advertising dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Ads Manager, etc.) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Knowledge of catalog optimization and keyword management Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience with performance marketing or digital advertising tools Familiarity with major marketplace algorithms and ad policies
