Role Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven

E-Commerce Ads Specialist

to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key online marketplaces. You will own the full advertising lifecycle--from strategy to execution--on platforms like

Amazon Advertising, Flipkart PLA

, and other native ad platforms. The goal is to maximize visibility, conversions, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Campaign Management

Plan, create, and manage Sponsored Ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and AJIO. Segment campaigns by product type, audience, and objective (awareness, conversion, etc.). Monitor daily spend, CPC, and budget pacing across accounts.

2) Performance Optimization

Analyze campaign data to improve CTR, ROAS, ACoS, and conversion rates. Conduct keyword research and bidding strategy adjustments. A/B test creatives, targeting, and ad formats.

Platform Expertise

Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and beta features. Collaborate with marketplace account managers for ad placement opportunities. Understand Buy Box dynamics and listing optimization to support ad performance.

4) Reporting & Insights

Provide weekly/monthly performance dashboards using Excel. Recommend action plans based on data trends and ad analytics. Coordinate with content and creative teams for banner and A+ content alignment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field. 2-4 years of hands-on experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ad dashboards. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets across categories. Certification in Amazon Ads or Google Ads (preferred).
