Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven

E-Commerce Ads Specialist

to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive online sales and improve ROI. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and paid advertising strategies on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (PPC, display, shopping, retargeting) across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other e-commerce platforms. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategy optimization, and A/B testing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platform-specific dashboards. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce marketing, platform algorithm changes, and emerging ad tech. Create and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet KPIs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce paid ad campaigns. Proficiency in platforms such as

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc

. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with affiliate marketing or influencer campaigns. Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques.
