We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Administrator to manage our end-to-end marketplace operations, with a primary focus on
TikTok Shop
. You will be responsible for the health of our seller accounts, product visibility, and ensuring a seamless "scroll-to-buy" experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. TikTok Shop Management
Listing & Optimization:
Manage the end-to-end product upload process on TikTok Seller Centre. Write SEO-friendly titles and "scannable" descriptions optimized for mobile users.
Affiliate & Creator Liaison:
Coordinate with the marketing team to manage the
TikTok Shop Affiliate Program
, sample gifting, and tracking creator-led sales.
Campaign Execution:
Enroll products in TikTok "Mega Sales," Flash Deals, and platform-exclusive campaigns.
Account Health:
Monitor Seller Centre health metrics (late dispatch rates, cancellation rates, and policy violations) to ensure the shop remains in good standing.
2. General E-Commerce Operations
Inventory Coordination:
Update stock levels in real-time to prevent overselling, especially during viral traffic spikes.
Order Fulfillment:
Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched within platform SLAs.
Customer Experience:
Handle buyer inquiries, disputes, and returns via the TikTok Message Centre with a high response rate.
3. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly performance reports tracking
GMV, Conversion Rates, and ROI
on ad spend/affiliate commissions.
Analyze traffic sources (Organic vs. Paid vs. Affiliate) to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Graduate in Marketing, Business, IT, or Commerce.
Experience:
2-5 years in E-commerce operations.
Mandatory hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data cleaning and reporting. Familiarity with TikTok's Business Centre and Ads Manager is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced "viral" environment, and excellent English communication skills.
