Key Responsibilities
Monitor and
update product stock levels across all e-commerce platforms
Create PO, Place orders with existing vendors
and coordinate delivery timelines
Manage
vendor payments
, track
credit lines
, and ensure timely settlements
Tally accounts
, maintain expense and payment records
Update transactions and financial entries on Accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books and Inventory
Reconcile
invoices, purchase orders, and payment proofs
Support in
daily account closing
,
data entry
, and
MIS preparation
Coordinate with internal teams for
inventory flow
and
vendor follow-ups
Required
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
or pursuing final year
Strong understanding of
basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
Familiarity with
Zoho Books
,
Tally
, or any similar accounting software
Good knowledge of
Excel/Google Sheets
Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
Interest in
finance, e-commerce operations, and business analytics
Ability to work independently and handle confidential data responsibly
