Role Description- As an Amazon Ad Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing ad performance, optimizing spends, and ensuring strong brand visibility on Amazon. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.- Own end-to-end management of Amazon Sponsored Ads, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.- Create and optimize campaigns based on ACOS/ROAS goals, click-through rates, and sales conversions.- Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.- Develop A/B testing strategies for ad copies, images, and targeting to maximize performance.- Monitor campaign performance daily, flagging anomalies and ensuring KPIs are met.- Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and the brand team to align ad messaging with brand positioning.- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights to guide marketing strategy.- Collaborate with catalog and SEO teams to ensure listing quality supports paid performance.
