Role Overview

The Accounts Executive (Reconciliation & Reporting) will be responsible for reconciling large datasets (50,000+ rows monthly) involving order IDs, settlement IDs, SKUs, and inventory movements to ensure accuracy between

Amazon reports, bank settlements, and accounting records

.

This role requires strong Excel and accounting skills with a clear understanding of Amazon payment and stock flows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payment Reconciliation

Reconcile

Amazon settlement reports

with

MTR invoices

,

bank credits

, and

COD/prepaid receipts

. Identify

short payments, deductions, pending settlements

, and mismatched transactions. Maintain proper mapping between

Order IDs

and

Settlement IDs

. Track

unmatched payments

and coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for resolution.

2. Inventory Reconciliation

Match

FBA inventory movement and event detail reports

with

sales, reimbursements, and physical stock

. Track

returns, removals, and unfulfillable inventory

for monthly reporting. Verify

reimbursements and lost/damaged units

against Amazon adjustment reports. Prepare SKU-wise variance and stock reconciliation statements.

3. Reporting & Accounting Support

Prepare

monthly reconciliation summaries

and pivot-based dashboards for management. Assist in posting reconciliation results to

Tally/Busy/FCA

. Support finance team with GST, TDS, and accounting validations related to marketplace transactions.

Required Skills

Advanced Excel proficiency

(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, data cleaning). Strong understanding of

e-commerce payment and inventory workflows

(Amazon FBA preferred). Working knowledge of

accounting principles -

journal entries, ledgers, GST, and TDS. Ability to handle

large data files (50,000+ rows)

efficiently. Strong attention to detail and logical data-matching ability.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / Accounting / Finance

background. 2-4 years of experience in

e-commerce accounts or reconciliation

(Amazon / Flipkart). Familiarity with

Amazon Seller Central

,

FBA reports

, and

settlement dashboards

. Experience in

Accounting/E-commerce

preferred. Basic knowledge of

Power BI or SQL

is a plus (not mandatory).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
