Home Appliances are rapidly growing consumer brands with strong presence across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit. We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Accountant
who can manage our end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting for online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting for e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit).
Reconcile marketplace settlements, commissions, returns, payment gateways, and GST reports.
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (as applicable).
Track receivables, chargebacks, penalties, and deductions from marketplaces.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with internal teams for order invoicing, credit notes, and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly P&L reports, cash flow statements, and MIS reports for management.
Identify revenue leakages and provide solutions for financial optimization.
Support auditors with necessary documentation during internal and statutory audits.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting, with
hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting
.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and marketplace commission structures.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks).
Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and data analysis.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
