E-commerce Accountant / E-commerce Finance Executive.

The company is looking for a

skilled and experienced E-commerce Accountant

to manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting related to

online sales across major e-commerce platforms

like

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and others

.

The ideal candidate must have

hands-on experience in accounting for e-commerce businesses

, including

sales reconciliation, commission verification, returns management, and GST compliance

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.). Reconcile online sales, returns, and payment settlements from different portals. Handle marketplace commissions, TCS, TDS, and chargeback entries accurately. Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (or other accounting software). Prepare GST reports, e-commerce sales reports, and financial statements. Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace representatives for payment discrepancies. Ensure compliance with taxation norms, invoicing, and monthly account closing. Assist management in analyzing profitability and sales trends from each platform.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

Minimum

3-5 years of accounting experience

in an

E-commerce company or online retail environment

. Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books

. Must have worked with

Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub

, and other e-commerce dashboards. Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills. Proficiency in Excel, formulas, and pivot reporting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.
