Role Overview:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced E-commerce Accounts Executive to handle complete accounting and compliance for Amazon, Flipkart, Razorpay, and Shopify platforms. Candidate must also have working knowledge of e-Invoicing and GST portals. This is a pure accounts and finance role, not operations or catalog management.

Key Responsibilities:

Download and reconcile settlement reports from Amazon, Flipkart, Razorpay, and Shopify Track and account for sales, returns, commissions, TCS, TDS, Safe-T claims, and reimbursements Generate GST-compliant e-Invoices with IRN and QR codes using e-invoice portal or API tools Manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS filing, and RCM accounting Maintain sales and purchase ledgers, credit/debit notes, journal vouchers, and chargeback entries Coordinate with CA or internal finance team for compliance and audit filings Reconcile inventory reports, advertisement expenses, order payments, and bank statements Prepare internal reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and monthly summaries Maintain accurate documentation for internal review and external audits

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting Must have prior experience handling Amazon and Flipkart accounts Strong understanding of GST, TCS, TDS, RCM, and e-commerce taxation Working knowledge of e-Invoicing, IRN generation, and GST portal Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters) Educational Qualification: B.Com or M.Com Able to manage reconciliations and reporting independently

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Razorpay settlement dashboard and Shopify order/payment flow Knowledge of GSTR-2B reconciliation and e-commerce audit preparation Familiarity with middleware tools for bulk e-invoice IRN generation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
