We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in reconciling financial transactions for online E-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and will contribute to the overall financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Reconciliation of E-commerce Transactions:

- Perform regular reconciliations of financial transactions from various E-commerce portals, including Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.

- Verify and reconcile sales, refunds, fees, and other financial activities to ensure accuracy.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and generate accurate financial reports related to E-commerce transactions.

- Provide insights and analysis on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.

3. Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Maintain organized and detailed documentation for all E-commerce transactions.

4. Communication:

- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information for reconciliation.

- Communicate with E-commerce platform representatives to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in E-commerce accounting procedures.

- Implement best practices to enhance the accuracy and speed of financial reconciliation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting with a focus on E-commerce reconciliation.

- Proficient in using accounting software and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.
