Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage and optimize seller accounts on platforms such as

Amazon, Flipkart, MeShow

, and other marketplaces. Devise and execute

sales and growth strategies

based on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales insights. Create, update, and optimize

product listings

, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes. Plan, create, and manage

promotional offers, deals, and discounts

, ensuring correct and timely uploads. Review product content, copies, and

legal disclaimers

to ensure accuracy, compliance, and platform guidelines adherence. Monitor and analyze

sales-related metrics

such as traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROI, and inventory performance. Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, design, operations, and logistics) for smooth marketplace operations. Track account health, resolve listing or account-related issues, and ensure adherence to marketplace policies. Stay updated with the

ever-evolving e-commerce ecosystem

, platform updates, and best practices. Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies



Hands-on experience in managing

e-commerce marketplaces

(Amazon, Flipkart, MeShow). Basic understanding of

product listing, catalog management, and promotions

. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data. Attention to detail for content review, compliance, and accuracy checks. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. Willingness to

learn, adapt, and grow

within the e-commerce ecosystem. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, dashboards, reporting tools).

Eligibility Criteria



Graduation is mandatory

(any discipline).

Minimum 6 months of experience

in handling e-commerce marketplaces. Prior experience in an

e-commerce agency

is highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Experience working with multiple seller accounts simultaneously. Exposure to performance marketing tools or marketplace ads (an added advantage). Result-oriented mindset with a passion for e-commerce growth.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
