We're a fast-growing eCommerce company managing multiple brands across online marketplaces such as Temu, Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop. We're now expanding our footprint on Temu and looking for a driven Account Manager who can take ownership of the platform -- managing listings, driving sales, optimising performance, and growing brand visibility.

As the

Temu Account Manager

, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of our Temu account(s). You'll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure listings are optimised, pricing is competitive, stock levels are accurate, and orders are fulfilled smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Temu seller accounts across multiple brands. Create, upload, and optimise product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords. Monitor sales, traffic, and performance analytics; provide actionable insights. Run promotions, discounts, and campaigns to maximise conversions. Liaise with Temu support and internal teams to resolve listing or logistics issues. Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to stay ahead of market trends. Ensure product compliance and platform policy adherence. Report weekly KPIs including sales growth, bestsellers, and performance trends.

Requirements

Proven experience managing

Temu, Amazon, eBay, or other marketplace

accounts. Strong understanding of online merchandising, keywords, and algorithm ranking. Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis. Attention to detail with a data-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organisation skills.

Desirable

Experience in consumer goods / FMCG / household / snacks categories. Photoshop or Canva skills for listing imagery. Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI tools for content optimisation.
