About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, experienced, and result-oriented Ads Specialist to manage and optimize
performance-driven advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have
strong experience in increasing ROAS, lowering ACoS, and scaling e-commerce sales through advanced
PPC strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Campaigns On Amazon
Set up and optimize both automatic and manual targeting campaigns
Work with Amazon DSP (Demand Side Platform) for advanced targeting
Manage Flipkart advertising campaigns through Flipkart Seller Hub
Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics like ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and
Conversion Rate
Use tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout for market and keyword insights
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on business goals
Regularly present campaign results, growth opportunities, and strategic plans
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Amazon/Flipkart ad management
Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs such as CPC, ACoS, ROAS, etc.
Proficient in using tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
Good communication, analysis, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
