We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our business on Amazon.com and Amazon.in marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in account management, product listing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis on Amazon platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon.com and Amazon.in seller accounts.
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and A+ content).
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, and sponsored ads (PPC).
Monitor account health, pricing, inventory, and customer feedback to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Analyze sales reports and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, stock management, and pricing strategy.
Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback efficiently to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Stay updated with Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon.com and/or Amazon.in seller accounts.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
