A fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in apparel and accessories, representing multiple premium lifestyle labels across major marketplaces. We are expanding our online team and looking for an experienced hashtag#ECommerceAccountManager to handle end-to-end marketplace operations from our Indore office.
About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with hands-on experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling everything from product listings to performance analytics and sales growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other online marketplaces.
Handle A-Z operations -- product listings, catalog management, pricing, PPC & offers, and promotions.
Maintain 100% catalogue hygiene, stock accuracy, and compliance across portals.
Oversee order processing, fulfillment (FBA, Flipkart Fulfilment), returns, and reverse logistics.
Manage accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve customer queries.
Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and brand visibility plans.
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics - sales, conversions, ROI, and ad spends.
Develop marketplace strategies to boost brand visibility and category ranking.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
Strong experience in apparel/fashion/accessories and other categories.
Excellent Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
