Location: Faridabad, Sector 31

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Working Days: 6 Days

Shift Timings: 8.5 Hours

Department: Finance / Accounts

Reports To: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily reconciliation of Amazon, Flipkart, and other E-commerce platform sales reportswith settlement/payment data.

Verify payments, deductions, returns, and chargebacks to ensure all transactions are correctly accounted for.

Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and payable ledgers for marketplace transactions.

Track pending settlements, disputes, and short payments; coordinate with marketplaces to resolve issues.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports covering revenue, commissions, and deductions.

Assist in GST reconciliation and audit requirements.

Support the finance team during month-end closures.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proven experience in Amazon & Flipkart reconciliation (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of E-commerce payment settlements, GST, and TDS.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Tally/ERP.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

- Experience: 3-5 years in E-commerce accounting and reconciliation.

- Prior experience handling Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts is mandatory.

- Knowledge of Snapdeal, Meesho, or Blinkit is an added advantage.
