Position : E-Commerce Account Manager
Location : Delhi
Job Summary
The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing online marketplace accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, analyzing performance metrics, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end e-commerce accounts across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.
Monitor sales performance, revenue trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing
Plan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, logistics, and customer support teams
Handle account-related issues, escalations, and platform compliance
Maintain inventory visibility and ensure order fulfillment accuracy
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or brand partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management (1-2 years)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of marketplace dashboards and seller tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace portals
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
