Job Description

E-Commerce Account Management:

Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) Monitor order processing, returns, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment Ensure product listings are optimized and up-to-date
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation:

Generate and analyze weekly/monthly sales and performance reports Reconcile marketplace payments, returns, and chargebacks Maintain sales ledgers and track receivables per platform
GST Accounting:

Prepare and manage GST invoices and credit notes File monthly/quarterly GST returns in coordination with the accounts team Maintain accurate GST input/output records and reconcile with GSTR reports Ensure 100% compliance with GST regulations and timely reporting
Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with external stakeholders such as marketplace account managers and service providers Work with internal teams (finance, warehouse, marketing) for smooth operations Suggest strategies to improve sales and streamline processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and/or accounting Strong understanding of GST laws, returns filing, and invoicing Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, and e-commerce seller portals Strong analytical and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts/platforms Good written and verbal communication skills
