Key Responsibilities:
Manage seller accounts on platforms like
Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.
Handle product uploads, order tracking, return disputes, catalog optimization
Manage e-commerce reconciliations and payment follow-ups
GST filing, bookkeeping, TDS, ESI, EPF & ITR work as per client need
Communicate professionally with e-commerce portals and clients
Maintain accurate records and reports for sellers
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Com graduate
Minimum 1-2 years experience in E-Commerce Account Management
Strong understanding of
GST, TDS, and compliance work
Good knowledge of
Tally, MS Excel, and Email communication
Must be
responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle clients independently
