About the Role:

We're hiring an

E-Commerce Account Executive

to manage our brand presence and operations on

AJIO, Myntra, Nykaa, and Amazon

.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

product listing, catalog management, order processing, campaign handling, and account growth

for online marketplaces -- especially in

home decor, fashion, or lifestyle

categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update

product listings, images, titles, and descriptions

across all platforms. Handle

daily orders, dispatches, returns, and customer escalations

efficiently. Coordinate with the

production and logistics teams

to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking. Work on

SEO keyword optimization, promotions, and pricing updates

to boost visibility and conversions. Monitor

account health, ratings, and performance metrics

for each platform. Execute

discounts, festive campaigns, and brand store updates

(Diwali, EOSS, etc.). Liaise with

category managers and marketplace support teams

for issue resolution and growth opportunities. Prepare

weekly sales and performance reports

for management review.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience

handling e-commerce accounts (AJIO / Myntra / Nykaa / Amazon). Strong knowledge of

seller panels, cataloging, and inventory management systems.

Proficiency in

MS Excel / Google Sheets

and reporting. Excellent

communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Prior experience in

home furnishing, lifestyle, or fashion

brand management preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
