Location: RATTAN GARH SONIPAT NEAR GOHANA ROAD SONIPAT
Reports: Warehouse Executive Job Purpose: ₹
Responsible for all Ecommerce Order Operations and Lounge Fulfilments. ?
Responsible for Complete Warehouse Management and Inventory Control. ?
Responsible for on time delivery of Reports and Data as per pre-defined metrics. Key Elements of the Role: Ecommerce Order Operations -
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on time order processing, pickup and delivery of customer orders. -
Monitor and follow up with logistics partners to ensure on time delivery of customer orders. -
Escalation management of customer orders in case of incorrect order delivery, delayed delivery etc. -
Monitoring of COD orders and contacting customers to confirm COD orders. -
Connecting with customers to inform them about delays/ cancellations /issues if any. Ecommerce Inventory Management -
Monitoring and ensuring adequate inventory across company warehouses and those of marketplace partners. -
Returns management across company warehouses and marketplaces partners, Quality check and in awarding. -
Monitoring Inwards, outwards and stock movement across warehouses and maintaining proper documentation as per set standards. -
Ensuring POs received from various marketplaces are fulfilled on-time and as per set processes. -
Creating new dispatches for warehouses with low inventory. Lounge Fulfilment -
Ensuring adequate stock availability of lounge disposables, consumables and other items. - Fulfilling Lounge PO's. -
Ordering lounge disposable items from predefined vendors. -
Identifying new vendors for purchase of lounge related items if needed.
Warehouse Management - Fortnightly physical stock checks at all company warehouses to ensure accurate stock counts. -
Monthly Physical stock check of Lounge consumables and Ecommerce Packaging materials. Reports -
Daily Report on Ecommerce Orders Status. - Weekly report on Inventory status/ count across each warehouse. - Weekly report on customer escalations related to delivery issues.
- Weekly report of logistics & delivery cost. - Monthly report on cancellations with reasoning for the same. - Monthly report of Physical stock check details and Reconciliation of accounts. Key Result Areas & Outcomes expected from the Role ? Accurate Daily order processing with less than 1% Deviation
? Delivery related cancellations and escalations management with less than 5% deviation.
? Physical stock check with less than 1% variance. ? On time fulfilment of Ecommerce and Lounge PO's. ?
Ontime daily, weekly and monthly reporting. ?
Readiness to work after office hours and weekends in case required. ?
Readiness to travel within Bengaluru and outside in case required from time to time.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
