Warehouse cleanliness monitoring and supervision. Housekeeping material requirement follow up and procurement. Maintaining the data of site capex list as well as monitoring and upkeeping. Internal Connection of asset/IT assets as per requirement and their record to be maintained. Roster preparedness and deployment of MST /HK team. MST related item/spare (Maintenance item) list to prepare and procurement and stock to be maintained. Preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical and operational equipment and keeping of records of maintenance. All concern related to maintenance part as well as related to the MST. Keeping of records and maintaining daily usage of consumables and other item incl. safety material. Site requirement to share with Procurement for PR/PO and arrange for quotation (if required). Onboarding support to the Bas and clearance of invoices of local BAs and LL etc. Petty Cash data preparation and share with site lead and leaders for approval then follow up with commercial for payment. Daily procurement/local procurement of events material. Non-PO bills to share with leaders and follow up with commercial till closure. Contingency support to the site as required. Tea Coffee arrangements for workers. Site Visit preparedness (Site readiness, tea coffee snacks etc) Daily closure of facility concern related to the site raised by ops and other department. Other adhoc work as required by site or client. Keep and maintain record of Admin related documentation. Audit support and preparedness Preparation of peak requirement Performs other duties as assigned.
