Job Description

Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Management:



Develop and implement strategies to optimise online sales across our e-commerce and Quick-Commerce platforms (Amazon, Blinkit, and Meesho, etc.). Manage product listings, including content, images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate. Oversee the customer journey on the website, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience from browsing to checkout. Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize site functionality, design, and mobile responsiveness. Track, analyse, and report on e-commerce performance metrics (conversion rate, average order value, traffic, etc.) and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase traffic. Manage product promotions, sales events, and discounts across the site.

Social Media Management:



Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) that resonates with target audiences and promotes brand identity. Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Analyze social media metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, etc.) and create actionable insights for content strategy optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and tools in social media marketing and e-commerce.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing team to align e-commerce and social media strategies with overall marketing goals. Collaborate with the customer service team to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively across e-commerce platforms and social media channels. Coordinate with the design team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and aesthetics across digital touchpoints.

Reporting & Analytics:



Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track performance, user behavior, and ROI on all digital marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports on e-commerce and social media KPIs to key stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce management and/or social media marketing. Proven track record of driving online sales and growing social media engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinker with the ability to adapt and innovate based on industry trends. Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience in influencer marketing and partnership building. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for e-commerce site updates.
