Job duties and responsibilities - Own the broad level P&L for the marketplaces for the brands of the Company. - Maintain the online listing for the brands across marketplaces and make updates as products are added, prices are changed etc. - Recommend pricing strategies & sales to minimize dead-stock - Define, develop and constantly optimize digital solutions to meet the goals and KPIs by developing and A/B Testing campaign strategies, landing pages & pricing strategies - Develop strong relationships with various Ecommerce Portals representatives to help drive sales and maximize the brands\' exposure on these platforms - Analyze performance across marketplaces and provide insights to the in-house teams for product development as well as MOQs & ROPs. - Work with the marketing design team to help develop best in class advertising creatives - Work with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition and retention. - Devise strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store. - Creating frameworks that transform our marketplace advertising spends into highly profitable platforms. - Creating promotional offers/ campaigns to drive customer acquisition - Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks
