We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly
E-Commerce Driver cum Delivery Executive
. The candidate will be responsible for safe delivery of products and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver e-commerce orders safely and on time
Communicate politely with customers and
warmly greet them at the time of delivery
Handle customer queries professionally during delivery
Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage
Maintain delivery records and follow company procedures
Coordinate with the operations team for daily delivery schedules
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in driving or delivery roles
Must have a
valid driving license
and
own two-wheeler (bike)
Ability to communicate clearly in
English and Hindi
Customer-friendly attitude with polite communication skills
Graduate or Diploma
in any discipline
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Bangalore routes
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
