Job Description
Tata Elxsi\'s Mechanical Design and Engineering business helps global transportation leaders with end-to-end product design and Engineering services. We are looking for bright and passionate ECM/TCM Engineers with the below competency. Roles and Responsibilities Understand the electrical architecture of MHEV/HEV . Knowledge of the components and the interface circuit of ECM, TCM, Selector, AC/DC motor Understanding of the controller architecture, interfaces (electrical and physical), and functions for the powertrain system of MHEV/HEV. Desing and development experience of mechanical components for electronic modules (ECM/TCM/Selector) worked on ECM/ TCM projects, mechanical enclosure design, Value engineering, NVH, and structures . Design experience and knowledge as a countermeasure for electrical noise. Design the motor operating principle and the control ECU interface circuit design. Should be able to examine specifications considering performance/reliability/productivity/cost and be able to make decisions logically in the design process. Create 3D CAD and 2D drawings for hybrid system components and assemblies. Perform Tolerance stack up and GD&T analysis for component and system level. Experience in packaging and integration of Hybrid electric systems and their components. Conducting design reviews and performing DFMEA/ DFM&A . Coordinate with CFTs and Meet targets of Cost, quality, and timeline.
