Qualification

Diploma / BSc in Cardiac Technology or Echocardiography

Responsibilities

Assist with clinical assessments and diagnostic procedures under supervision Prepare patients for sonography examinations, ensuring comfort and safety Maintain strict aseptic techniques during all procedures to prevent infection Operate ultrasound equipment accurately, capturing high-quality images for analysis Support the healthcare team with administrative tasks related to patient records and documentation Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use Follow health and safety protocols diligently, including infection control measures Contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate communication and professional conduct

Experience

2+ Years experience in cardiology department Prior knowledge of physiology and human anatomy is essential Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to diagnostic imaging or clinical practice is required Experience in sonography or related imaging techniques is highly desirable Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control procedures is necessary Previous exposure to healthcare environments or clinical settings will be advantageous Candidates should demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
