KRA for a ECCE Editor for Foundational Stage:

Curriculum & Policy Alignment -Align all content with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 guidelines. Foundational Literacy & Numeracy - Develop materials that strengthen early literacy and numeracy skills.*
Content Development & Research - Research and create engaging, age-appropriate learning content.*
Editing & Proofreading - Ensure error-free, clear, and child-friendly educational resources.*
Quality Assurance & Review - Audit and review content for accuracy, alignment, and consistency.*
Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Introduce creative methods and update content based on best practices.*

Educational Background:

Graduate or above in English, Education, or Child Development

Experience:

Must have experience of creating & finalising age-appropriate content for ECCE. Recent teaching experience at pre-primary & primary is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
