6 plus hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 OTC modules.



Analyze, design, and configure Oracle EBS OTC modules (Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Collections, Pricing, Customer Management, etc.).


Map and document business requirements, translating them to Oracle EBS functional and technical solutions.


Familiarity with adjacent EBS modules(Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, Finance).


Develop functional and technical specs for customizations, integrations, and reports using PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, and XML Publisher.


Document solution changes, customizations, and knowledge articles for users and technical teams.


Having SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Workflow Builder experience is added advantage


Troubleshoot OTC module issues; lead functional and technical support during implementation, upgrades, and production incidents.


Support user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training sessions, and rollout activities.


Stay current with Oracle EBS updates and best practice enhancements.


Coordinate with sales, finance, and IT teams for seamless Oracle EBS adoption.


Integration know-how with external sales or CRM platforms.


Experience in global rollouts and multi-entity environments.


Deliver regular status reports and progress updates to stakeholders.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Capable of managing client relationships and project timelines.


Familiarity with AWS components preferred


Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


Ability to work independently and in team settings.
