About Us:



Regio Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a South India-based FMCG manufacturer and exporter, supplying a wide range of authentic South Asian food products to international distributors and retailers. As our export operations continue to grow, we are looking for an

experienced and detail-oriented candidate

who is fully capable of handling

Electronic Bank Realisation Certificate (E-BRC) uploading

and related export documentation independently.

Key Responsibilities:



Independently handle E-BRC uploading

on the

DGFT portal

for all export shipments. Coordinate with

banks (AD branches)

to ensure timely realisation and confirmation of export payments. Track, reconcile, and maintain records of

shipping bills, invoices, and bank realisations.

Liaise with

DGFT, Customs, CHA, and finance departments

for export documentation and compliance. Maintain and update

MIS reports

for management on BRC and export realisation status. Support export and accounts teams in all

banking and DGFT documentation work.


Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Mandatory:

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in

E-BRC uploading via DGFT portal.

Strong working knowledge of

DGFT, ICEGATE, and bank export portals.

Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Good computer skills, especially

MS Excel and document management.

Effective communication and coordination ability.

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with

LC, bank realisation statements, and export incentives (RoDTEP, RoSCTL).

Prior experience in an

export house, FMCG company, or manufacturing unit.

Understanding of

customs and shipping documentation workflows.
