Job Title:

EBM (Extrusion Blow Molding) Production Engineer

Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight:

Manage daily operations of EBM machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Process Optimization:

Fine-tune parameters to maintain consistent product quality and reduce defects.

Mold Changeovers & Trials:

Conduct machine setups and validate new product trials.

Shift Supervision:

Lead shift activities, monitor manpower productivity, and ensure adherence to schedules.

Compliance & Hygiene:

Enforce GMP, FSSAI/BRC standards and maintain hygiene in food-grade environments.

Maintenance Coordination:

Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective actions.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate production records, rejection analysis, and shift reports.

Training & Safety:

Train operators on machine handling, safety protocols, and 5S practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Production Engineering 2-5 years of hands-on experience in EBM operations Strong knowledge of EBM machines (e.g., Kautex, Bekum, Uniloy) Understanding of polymer behavior (HDPE, PP) Effective team management and troubleshooting skills
