From digital assets to print materials, your designs will help shape how our audience perceives our brand.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and design visual content for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, advertisements, and print materials.- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.- Translate business needs into effective design solutions that are visually appealing and on-brand.- Maintain consistency in branding across all touchpoints.- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, iterating based on feedback.- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.Requirements:- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (portfolio required).- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.- Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or animation is a plus.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.- Attention to detail and a strong creative flair.- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.- Experience in UI/UX or web design.- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
