Qualification

BE / B-Tech - Automotive / Mechanical /Electrical /Industrial Engineering Experience - 8 to 12 years

Work Profile:

Experience in Teamcenter Easy Plan to create manufacturing process plan Experience to Create and manages textual work instructions with visual aids and markups. Hands-on experience in creation and reconciliation of Bill of Process (BOP), Bill of Equipment (BOE) & Bill of Material (BOM) to ensure accuracy and reflect all changes. Experience in defining process sequence in Machining, fabrication, welding, painting, wire harness, assembly and testing process from product design to the shop floor. Commodities: mechanical, electrical and electronic assembly Analyzes and optimizes production with features like line balancing, cycle time analysis, and work path estimates. Expertise in creating PMI models & Drawings (MBD) Identification of equipment, tooling and material handling facilities for above commodity /processes. Change request processing including understanding the Impact and implementing. Utilize Teamcenter's configuration and change management features to manage variants and effectivities within the manufacturing data. Familiarity with PLM and MES integration concepts.
