- Responsible for sourcing new files for home loans through various channels.- Responsible for achieving the disbursement targets.- Responsible for business development activities for Home Loans with a focus on affordable/mass affluent segments in the assigned location.- Responsible for complete documentation required for processing the loan applications.- Responsible for Collections.- Home Loan sales exp. in the local market through direct sourcing and other sources.- A good client connects (Builders /Connectors) in the geography.- Familiar with App based login and disbursement process.
