Job Overview

An Easy Contractor Associate (ECA) at Asian Paints is responsible for managing and supporting painting contractors. The role focuses on building strong relationships, increasing product usage, and helping contractors with product knowledge and on-site support.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, enroll, and manage painting contractors in the Asian Paints network Build long-term relationships with contractors and painters Explain Asian Paints products, schemes, and loyalty programs to contractors Support contractors at work sites with basic technical guidance Coordinate with dealers to ensure smooth product availability Increase Asian Paints product usage through contractors Collect market and competitor feedback and report to the sales team
Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic sales and customer-handling skills Willingness to travel and work in the field Ability to build trust and maintain relationships Basic understanding of paints or construction (training provided)
Qualification

Diploma / Any Graduate Freshers and candidates with field sales experience can apply
Work Nature

Field-based role Regular visits to contractor sites and dealer shops
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
