Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Assess and monitor children's progress and development. Collaborate with other educators and staff to support children's learning. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate with parents regularly. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Montessori certification Experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
