We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

Early Years Learning Lead

to guide our Pre-Primary/Kindergarten team and ensure high-quality early childhood education. The role involves academic leadership, teacher mentoring, classroom quality monitoring and strong parent communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Early Years teaching team. Oversee lesson planning, teaching methods and learning outcomes. Ensure developmentally appropriate and activity-based practices. Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback. Coordinate events, celebrations and experiential learning activities. Monitor student progress and support teachers with remedial strategies. Maintain a safe, joyful and child-friendly learning environment. Ensure completion of assessments, documentation and reports. Organise parent orientations, PTMs and communication updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / B.Ed (required). Minimum

3 years of Early Years leadership experience

. Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
