Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher/Playgroup Teacher to join our team at Bramhapriya World School and provide high-quality early childhood education for children aged 0-5 years. You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that meet the needs of individual children and support EYFS/Playgroup goals. Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and a love of learning. Observe, assess, and record each child's progress and development using formative and summative assessments. Work closely with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates and involving them in their child's learning journey. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care at all times. Manage classroom behavior positively and in accordance with school/nursery policies. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a team environment that fosters continuous improvement. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required. Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

Requirements:

Montessori Experienced A relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Experience working with young children in a Playgroup, nursery, preschool, or early years setting Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum/Playgroup and best practices in early childhood education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to plan effectively and work collaboratively with other staff Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
