Playgroup Age 2 Plus Nursery Age 3 Plus LKG Age 4 Plus Position Summary: As a Facilitator of Aaroh, you will be responsible for multiple roles that will enable and allow the smooth functioning of the organization daily. As it is a new organization, this will be an evolving role with ample opportunity for growth and leadership. What your role will entail: \xe2\x97\x8f Implementing the curriculum that integrates the philosophy of Sri Aurobindo and Mother into age-appropriate activities. \xe2\x97\x8f Facilitating classrooms.
\xe2\x97\x8f Designing and Executing lesson plans by recognizing and addressing the unique needs and learning styles of each child.
\xe2\x97\x8f Implementing innovative teaching methods that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and self-expression.
\xe2\x97\x8f Encourage mindfulness practices, storytelling, and activities that promote a sense of wonder and reverence for life.
\xe2\x97\x8f Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and respected.
\xe2\x97\x8f Establishing and maintaining a cooperative working relationship with children, parents, community, and school team
\xe2\x97\x8f Creating and maintaining a positive environment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in school events, workshops, and community activities that align with the school\'s values.

\xe2\x97\x8f Supporting and participating in after-school enrichment programmes (if interested). What you need for this position: \xe2\x97\x8f Graduate from any stream, a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or similar would be preferred \xe2\x97\x8f Love for children and learning

\xe2\x97\x8f Patience and capacity to solve problems
\xe2\x97\x8f Good planning and organizing skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Creativity and collaboration (skills in Arts and Crafts; Music will also highly valued)
