Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and creative

Early Years Facilitator

who can design joyful, engaging learning experiences for preschool children. The facilitator will nurture curiosity, build foundational skills, and create a warm, safe, and collaborative environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement

didactic and creative programs

tailored for preschool learners. Use varied educational techniques such as storytelling, play-based activities, games, and media to support learning. Support children in developing social skills, emotional regulation, confidence, and independence. Inspire children to communicate, collaborate, and interact respectfully with peers. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing relevant updates and progress. Observe and evaluate children's academic, emotional, and social growth; maintain records and prepare progress reports. Monitor daily interactions to nurture cooperation, sharing, and positive behaviour. Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of children at all times. Adhere to all relevant health, hygiene, and safety standards. Collaborate with fellow facilitators to maintain an inviting and nurturing school environment. Communicate any concerns or observations about learners to the management as required. Manage daily classroom routines, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, snack/lunch time, and rest periods.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
