Ekya Vana Early Years Nature-based Preschools and Day-care Centers offers a nature-immersive, inquiry-led space where children pause to notice, wonder, listen, care, and find joy in the living world. Role Overview:

The Early Years Educator at Ekya VANA creates a safe, joyful, and inquiry-led learning environment where young children grow cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically through meaningful nature-based experiences.

The educator nurtures curiosity, care, confidence, and responsibility, supporting children in noticing, wondering, and acting with respect toward themselves, others, and the Earth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate, inquiry-led learning experiences

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate, with NTT / MTT / ECE / Montessori training preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education Demonstrated ability in lesson planning, designing developmentally appropriate, inquiry-led learning experiences Strong spoken English and clear communication skills A genuine interest in nature-based learning, outdoor engagement, gardening, or environmental care Strong belief in play-based learning and early childhood pedagogy Effective parent communication and partnership-building skills A warm, reflective, and observant approach to working with young children Integrate nature exploration, gardening, and sustainability practices into daily routines Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning journeys Foster children's social-emotional wellbeing, independence, and mindfulness Support eco-stewardship activities such as composting and conservation Communicate clearly and warmly with parents and caregivers Collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold Ekya Vana's philosophy and values Maintain safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
