We're Hiring - Early Years Coordinator (Nursery)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years Coordinator (Nursery) to join our team.

Location: YMCA, Calicut

Salary: ?15,000

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling nursery/early years children.
Strong ability to manage and settle a class as per the Maple Bear curriculum.
Should monitor and oversee all Nursery grade classes.
Implement innovative ideas and activities for the betterment and future expansion of the nursery program.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Communication with parents.
Facilitating effective communication between parents and teachers.
Overseeing and initiating disciplinary actions among teachers, when required.
Planning and implementing events for the Nursery grade.
Framing and executing rules and practices that will benefit the Nursery grade.
Introducing new ideas and initiatives for the overall growth of the Nursery grade, including academics, activities, and events.
