We are looking for enthusiastic

Early Learning Facilitators

who are passionate about shaping young minds during their most formative years. This role focuses on creating a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment where children learn through exploration, creativity, and structured play.
You will support children's emotional, cognitive, social, and physical development while working closely with parents and fellow educators to deliver a well-rounded early education experience.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom & Child Development


Create and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences using play-based and experiential methods
Encourage curiosity, independence, and creativity through guided activities and hands-on learning
Support children's emotional well-being and social development in a nurturing environment
Observe and document child progress across developmental milestones

Learning Planning & Engagement


Plan daily classroom activities aligned with early childhood development frameworks
Use stories, music, art, movement, and interactive play to enhance learning outcomes
Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and developmental needs

Classroom Management & Care


Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom atmosphere
Establish routines that promote structure, confidence, and independence
Handle classroom transitions smoothly and calmly

Parent & Team Collaboration


Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and well-being
Participate in parent meetings, school events, and learning reviews
Collaborate with peers and coordinators to align classroom goals and practices

Who Should Apply


Educators with a

Strong verbal and written communication skills in

English


Ability to build trust and comfort with young children
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic school environment

Qualifications & Experience


Diploma or Degree in

Early Childhood Education / NTT / Montessori / Pre-Primary Education

1+ year of teaching experience preferred

(trained freshers are welcome)
Bachelor's degree required
