The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 - 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.
As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:
Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.
Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.

Responsibilities
Delivering engineering drawings, models, and MBOMs on time and error-free using modeling software and PLMs.
Developing automated BOM and control valve configurations in Rulestream and testing.
Learning the principles in the design of valves and actuation systems and the components required to build them.
Supporting the instrumentation and testing team on validation prototypes and new product introductions (NPIs).
Ensuring all data protection activities of personal and special category data are done in line with the company's Data Protection Policy.
Observing and following relevant systems, rules, and methods of working to ensure health, safety, and environmental care.
To be successful in this traineeship you will:
Have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university mechanical, electronics, instrumentation engineering, computer science or equivalent, Graduated from your bachelors' degree within the last 24 months.
Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
