The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to head our EAM Implementation Consulting team. This role is responsible for leading a team of 15+ consultants delivering digital transformation projects in the asset-intensive industries, using Innovapptive's Connected Worker Platform and our proprietary Value360(TM) Delivery Framework.
The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), strong program delivery skills, and a passion for driving measurable outcomes in Reliability, Safety, and Cost Optimization.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ EAM implementation consultants, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Align individual consultants to specific project needs based on skillset, industry experience, and customer complexity.
• Build a scalable consulting model by developing a Center of Excellence (CoE), knowledge repository, and onboarding frameworks.

Delivery Excellence & Governance

• Ensure consistent delivery of EAM transformation projects aligned to the Value360(TM) 4-phase methodology - Discover, Design, Deploy, Govern.
• Oversee quality and consistency in Solution Design Documents, user stories, process mapping, and SAP/Maximo integration specifications.
• Implement governance routines such as weekly KPI reviews, Monthly Value Scorecards, and Executive Steering Committees.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary delivery escalation point for critical EAM accounts.
• Partner with customer leadership (Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, IT) to align solution delivery with business value outcomes.
• Drive adoption strategies, end-user coaching, and executive alignment on KPIs such as backlog reduction, schedule compliance, wrench time, OT %, contractor spend, and spares optimization.

Value Realization & Financial Impact

• Embed financial accountability into delivery by linking consulting outputs to KPIs and EBITDA impact (as defined in customer Value Scorecards).
• Track leading and lagging indicators across multiple programs and align delivery teams to corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with the Value Realization Office and Product teams to ensure solution enhancements reflect customer value needs.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery head role.
• Deep domain expertise in asset-intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Utilities).
• Strong understanding of SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or other EAM platforms.
• Experience with mobile work execution, maintenance planning & scheduling, and AI/ML enablers for reliability.
• Familiarity with performance KPIs: MTTR, PM/CM Ratio, Wrench Time, Permit Delays, Inventory Accuracy, etc.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale teams and transformation programs ($1M+ in services value).
