The Role
As a key member of the Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE) team, you will be driving coordination across internal stakeholders, providing management support for various MLE workstreams, and advancing strategic initiatives. Acting as the primary coordinator and facilitator, you will ensure that research components across the program are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in line with our objectives.
In addition to supporting MLE initiatives for the Safe Water program in India, you will also work closely with the Director of MLE in broader coordination efforts. You will oversee medium to large workstreams, using tactical planning tools to monitor progress, manage timelines, and ensure interconnected MLE activities deliver results. You will enhance predictability by forecasting required inputs and outputs, and proactively addressing potential challenges. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and tracking budgets to meet MLE requirements and achieve targeted outcomes.
In this role, your influence will extend beyond project management -- you will help shape the direction of our work, both internally and in collaboration with external stakeholders.
